Unopened, all products will keep for about a year and a half. The best by ("BB") date stamped on the jar will tell you this date. Our Thai Hot Sauces will last this long even after opening.
Once opened, the rest of our products (curries, sauces) need to be refrigerated, and are best used within a month.
